Noble Chef 2010
Another successful event for the faculty and students of the Maui Culinary Academy. Guests were treated to a wonderful meal in a beautiful atmosphere, all to benefit the Maui Culinary Academy.
Highlighted chefs included Chef Fabrice Huet from the Four Seasons Resort at Manele Bay, Chef Colin Hazama from the Kaua'i Grill at St. Regis, Chef Collin Thornton from the Fairmont Orchid, Chef Sheldon Simeon from the Star Noodle on Maui as well as alumni of MCA and closing out the night was Chef Donald Wressell from the Guitard Chocolate Company.
This was an valuable learning experience for our students that allowed them to work with some of the top chefs on the islands.
